• The 7 Revolutions – Our 2008 University Conference Day speaker Erik Peterson gave this presentation.

• New York Times Collegiate Readership Program. In addition to the NY Times papers available on campus, Norm Wave, Education Manager has presented these resources available for faculty:
          *    Classroom Guides
          *    Teaching Guides
          *    Strategies from other professors

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service (pdf). The 2008 Truman Campus recipient of this grant award written with assistance by the VISTA Member for Service-Learning is Bertha Thomas, Assistant Dean of Multicultural Affairs.
